Shivani Pawar

Shivani has always had a keen interest in yoga since her childhood. As a child she was intrigued by the difficult asanas (postures). Her training with Bodhi expanded her view on yoga and the various benefits for the body, mind and soul. It is important to know who should perform what asana, kriya depending on their current situation. She has understood the value in breathing and doing it right rather than it just being a workout.
